Service department stole money from me.Took our Forester in to be checked out because warning lights in dash would come on intermittently. 120$ later for the hour of shop time we were told the brake pedal switch needed replaced for 300$. I googled it and found that there is a technical service bulletin for this problem and the brake switch needs to be adjusted. When I brought this to the service desks attention they played dumb and tried to lie about it. Thieves. Go someplace thats honest and not Rogers Subaru service department.
I recently traded in my car and purchased a Subaru at Roger's. The salesperson I worked with, Brian, was superb and went the extra mile to get in contact with me and give me a thorough walk through of the car. As a newer driver he showed me all the features on the car I was not familiar with and how they worked. All of the staff I worked with were friendly and efficient. The battery on the car died unexpectedly about 3 days after purchase and when Brian called to check on up how the car was working he immediately scheduled a service appointment with me at my earliest convenience. They replaced the battery for me for free and gifted me a reusable seat cover for the trouble.
