I highly recommend Cooks Car Company, I have never looked at or test drove vehicles by my self, always had my dad to help, I took my 3 year old daughter and had an amazing experience. Justin and Pete were very helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted and what would be a good vehicle for my family, they were even good with my 3 year old who had enough car shopping and was getting very impatient. I will definitely be doing all my vehicle purchases with them from now on!
Had the BEST car shopping experience with these fine gentlemen. They have wonderful customer service and are honest, straightforward, and genuine. We went to so many other car lots in Spokane (where we live) and decided to make to drive down to Lewiston and we are so glad we did! By far the best experience we had! No slimy salesmen, no misleading ads, just good quality cars and good quality customer service. They are a small locally-owned company that doesn't do commission on their sales - which makes it a lovely no-pressure zone. My new Subaru was priced right at book (which is almost impossible to find in Spokane) and it was clean and runs great. I would gladly make the drive down to Cooks Car Company again for any other car purchase! Highly recommended!
