Had a repair involving major parts under warranty. Handled perfectly. Service Department was first rate.
I bought a Jeep from Quad Cities a few years ago. Terrible. They lied about our financing approval. After driving the car for a month, I got a call from them saying the $375 payment agreed to on the paperwork was now $580. The cars are overpriced, and the phone calls from the staff were endless because they are disorganized and push. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there to buy a car. If you're in the market for a cheaper car, Clarkston Auto Sales is a much better option. They posess integrity, something Quad Cities Nissan seriously lacks.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It seemed nice at first but they were extremely pushy. They lied to us and told us we were approved only to get letters in the mail explaining why we werent approved. Had we gone through and bought a car we wouldve been screwed. John continuously called and emailed every single day leaving numerous amounts of voicemails on my phone and my fiancs phone. It was truly over the top.
Service dept. is awesome! Adam the Service Manager, he is great to work with and makes sure your taken care of. The service staff is friendly and professional. Definitely will go back for my services.
This dealership is one of the best in the business.I was going in for a service job and was expecting a large bill for various maintenance items. They not only advised me not to get a few of the items due to my car being in good condition but reduced the price when it took them a little longer than expected. Taylor their service supervisor was extremely professional and updated me the entire time my cart was in the shop.
