Rogers Dodge leased us a NEW Jeep Compass for our son to drive because we wanted a safe vehicle for him. This vehicle is the most dangerous vehicle we have ever drove. We have had it back 5-6 times to the service department to get repairs. The problem is that the breaks lock up, they grab and cause skidding, sliding out of control, obviously there is a severe problem. We have delt with Rogers, we have talked to the manufacturer, it appears that the dealership has not reported the true story to the manufacturer in the reports sent in. Rogers has not been helpful after working on and checking the breaks a few times for my husband at his request, I took the Compass in with the same problem. The service manager wouldn't even talk to me about it, he had a technician tell me that the beaks are good and there is nothing wrong. Well there is something very wrong, they should help us with this problem. Rogers is not being a trustworthy dealership that you can trust to keep your family safe in the vehicles they sell. Again today, that vehicle that should be safe to drive had its breaks lock up and cause dangerous skidding. Rogers should work with the manufacturer of the Jeep Compass and correct the problem. They're not being helpful, would you want your child, wife, husband, loved ones out driving a vehicle that locks up its breaks when touched ever so lightly. I doubt it. So here we sit with a vehicle we can't use safely. We have a vehicle that if you need it you're risking all of your safety by using it. Yes, I give Rogers Dealership a poor rating, this vehicle should be their responsibility to make safe or make it right by getting our son into a safe vehicle. Rogers should be helping us with dealing with the manufacturer. But they haven't. After the number of times they have repaired the breaks, they KNOW THERE IS A CONTINUOUS PROBLEM. Upon purchasing my used Chrysler 300, Rogers agreed to fix a broken tachometer. Little did they realize that the task was complicated by the car originating in Canada and it was set up in metric. This repair took 6 weeks to fix with many options explored by their technicians. The fix resulted in a full instrument panel switch to US standard. Rogers paid for a loaner car and kept us apprised of the repair. The car was returned all clean and ready to go! They were very professional and courteous throughout the process and I highly recommend their service center.
Probably the least hassle I've ever had at a dealership! You have definitely earned a repeat customer. The salesmen were friendly, the finance lady was personable and didn't "hide behind the screen". Even got to talk to one of the managers who was really easy going! We love our new purchase!
We had an amazing experience buying our new Dodge Ram Truck here. We drove from Boise and our sales guy Casey made the process a breeze. He drove us in the truck and showed us the features in action so we could see 1st hand and not have to try and figure it all out while we were driving the rig.
