Had my truck work done in December of 2017 for $2000 worth of engine work regarding loose spark plugs in my 2003 Ford F150. They said I had a bad coil on the number 4 cylinder and charged me $109 for the coil. I went on line to look at the price for the coil and found 8 coils and 8 spark plugs , all new Ford parts. all 16 pieces were a total of $60.00 plus free shipping. Quite a racket Joe Hall has going.
Went today to get my oil changed. Not only do they change the oil and they check out the whole vehicle. Lights, tires, brakes, etc. Then they vacuumed it and washed it! It's a great deal and great service!

We were traveling thru the area on an extended driving trip & needed a quick oil change. I called, spoke to Jason who was terrific. He was friendly, had s can do attitude and assured me that if I could get to the service center at least 30 minutes before closing that he would make certain we were taken care of. He greeted me upon arrival and we were back on the road less than 40 minutes later. Great, friendly efficient service.

He provided us with answers to all questions easily, was encouraging and showed so much care during the whole process. Moving into the financial part of our experience Spencer worked his magic and helped get us into the vehicle we wanted. We could tell that he also cared about people and his job.
