I bought a used truck mainly for the "everdrive warranty for life" they provide, when I asked about Chevy certified warranty they told me they don't offer that. I was told I have to have all of my service work done at their dealership for the warranty, I can't take it to the Pullman Chevy dealer where I live. So now I have to drive 35 minutes each way to Lewiston plus wait an hour (if I'm lucky) for an oil change, not fun in the middle of winter. I've talked to them twice in regards to this matter and I was told the same thing. The buying experience itself was fine.
Went in for oil, fluids and light repair on my pickup. Lights weren't properly reinstalled, and brake fluid was extremely low. After it all I paid $800, I feel like I'm gonna keep finding little gifts from that.
Always get my oil changed here and they have a great service department.
I received some of the best customer service. How they fix my car when no one else could is awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. The building is super clean the parking lot is super clean. I didn't have much faith in Chevy until I set foot in this dealership. They take pride in what they do
