I spoke to Wesley to get a quote and was actually blown away by how helpful he was. Not only was he able to efficiently get me the info that I asked for but he even went out of his way to give me extra information about insurance. Customer service at its best.

When we first moved to Idaho we contacted Mr. Jenkins as we had utilized Allstate in Michigan. For three years Mr. Jenkins had billed our mortgage company without once reaching out to us to discuss our insurance needs. We were looking to refinance and took a look at our policy and realized we were 1) underinsured and 2) after looking at other insurance companies realized we were paying several hundred dollars more than any other quote with LESS insurance. Yes, we could have at any time requested a review and that is on us but we were used to having an agent that would schedule an annual meeting with us to look over our coverage. Apparently he isn't one that really cares as it seems as long as there is a direct bill that is all he is happy about. Please check with other agents and/or insurance companies before you consider this one!
I like your agency, I like the people in your office but after about 28 yearswith Allstate Insurance I became disappointed with Allstate. They have me believing they think they are Gods' gift to civilization. That I owe them moneyfor investment. One would think after 27 years of being a continuous customer with only 2 or 3 minor auto claims and zero fire/property claims perhaps the company could offer some incentive to stay with the company. I never thought of going elsewhere until I received a notice from AARP. For the same coverage the new company made it worth while to switch and I did. Now that I have moved my auto insurance, Allstate has now increased my house coverage by approx.$200 which is definitely no incentive to stay with Allstate. So with the circumstances being what they are, Allstate is leaving me no choice but to price check others. I enjoyed doing business with Allstate all these years but..............
