The computers went down and none of the staff knew how to turn it off and reset it. I had my bowling ball re drilled and never received a call that it was done. When I went in to get it, the staff couldn't find it. I glanced in the office and it was right there! It would be nice if the bumpers were automatic. We had a good time though.
