Great local bike & ski shop
Just got into town on Bike Tour from South Dakota, got in right before they closed, ran over some thorns in the sidewalks! I changed my tire as soon as I could and called them and asked them if I could pump my tires really quick! They said no problem and helped me out as soon as I got there! Very impressive and very polite! Much appreciated guys!
Came to buy a pair of Oakley's. Stood there for at least 10 minutes (I am only customer in store). Not 1 of the 3-4 employees even acknowledged my presence. Let alone greeted me or asked if I needed any help. In fact, I was completely ignored, as at least 1 quickly made eye contact then looked away.
I went to Follets last year to buy a bicycle. The salesman had me get on the bicycle out in the parking lot, said it was a good fit, and sent me on my way. Well, my bike needs adjusted to fit me better. So now I am taking my bike to a different business who will take their time to make sure that my bike fits me properly. Lesson learned!
Rented bikes from Folletts, the customer service was good and the prices reasonable. Great bikes that worked well for a few hours. I would definitely recommend
